Teníamos muchas expectativas, pero lamentablemte fue un desastre de principio a fin. Pedimos sopa, la sopa demoró en llegar, tuvimos que recordar que trajeran cucharas, esto pasó 2 veces, mientras la sopa se enfrió. Pedimos más agua, nunca nos hicieron refill. Pedimos ensalada Cobb, que nunca fue esa ensalada. resumiendo, la comida deja mucho que desear, la atención mala y los precios altos. Nos arrepentimos enormemente de haber ido ya que en Sedona hay lugares mucho mejores y más económicos.

Es un lugar paradisiaco,solo que debes saber escoger acorde a lo que buscas. Yo buscaba vistas asi que las suites entre mas arriba mejor. El espacio para descansar y ver el rio : Lo maximo! Suguiero recorrer toda la propiedad para ver los estanques de Lotus y las maravillosas obras de arte en los jardines. Las clases muy interesantes hay que revisar bien el calendario al hacer el check-ing (tome las de Creative journaling, las de Meditacion y las de Los Vortex , las instructoras muy profesionales! Es una experiencia un poco costosa pero vale la pena vivirle.

We spent the week at The Creek House enjoying the relaxing a**osphere while we prepared for our wedding. The Creek House is the perfect place for a family stay; individual rooms with ensuite, large family area and large deck, bluetooth speaker for each individual room so everyone can enjoy their own music. The restaurant & spa are equally wonderful, we enjoyed all our meals & services. Definitely check out the free yoga while you're there as well! It was truly a fairytale wedding, ceremony overlooking the red rocks and dinner next to the creek. This resort is the perfect place for a wedding (or just a relaxing vacation). Cannot recommend enough!

This property has been on my list for a while and sadly I’d never return. At best, our experience was just ok. The property needs a major update, our room had so much wear and tear as well as the surrounding community area's. We stayed in a creekside cottage and while seems idyllic, my husband couldn’t move passed all the chipping paint. I wasn’t going to share because I don’t like leaving a bad review but we even had our travel agent share and never heard back from them. While the property itself left something to be desired, we could have moved past but unfortunately the service was just as disappointing. Our overall Sedona experience was great, with the worst part being our hotel. Not as expected!

The most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and caring. The food there was truly fine dining every meal, and the waiters and the waiter were friendly. Excellent in their job and well trained.

Beautiful views. Rooms are lovely. Service is lacking. The spa is amazing and very attentive. The restaurant has a beautiful setting but the food is marginal.

This was our first trip to Sedona and we can't wait to go back. The staff and accommodations were both amazing. The property is beautiful and with stunning views.

We had a creekside cottage that was very nice and clean. The entire property is lovely and overall we had a really nice stay. A few things to share with management: 1. The piped in music playing throughout the property doesn’t seem necessary. It plays from 9am-9pm, and was right next to our cottage, not ideal when trying to relax in the room. Was told it would be turned down but it never was. 2. No drink or food service by the pool. We ordered from our room and had it delivered to the pool. Other guests were asking us “how did you get food and drink?” It was surprising to us that service was not available by the pool. 3. Our outdoor shower flooring had cobwebs and leaves and the bench was unsteady. Attempted to sit down on it and the top was loose. 4. The toilet seat was loose. 5. We ordered room service for breakfast. When maid service came they placed our breakfast tray out on the patio table and it sat there all day in the heat with the leftovers (ick). I called mid-day to have someone pick it up, someone eventually came by but it had been several hours later.

Arrived exhausted, traveled & visited the Grand Canyon. Room was NOT ready; had to sit in uncomfortable setting waited & waited . Didn’t get a room until I insisted we be given any available room. The $75 credit for our inconvenience was an insult. Restaurant overpriced; not a warm setting. Wouldn’t stay or recommend. For the price plenty of other places to stay. 1st impression is everything. We were NOT the only ones waiting for a room. Poorly managed.
